As a Financial Customer Service Representative for our client, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll handle incoming phone calls related to various service inquiries on client accounts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to key department performance metrics. Your support areas will encompass Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app assistance, as well as general financial inquiries. Responsibilities:
Handle incoming phone calls from clients regarding service inquiries on their accounts.
Respond to inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Provide support on Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app functionalities, and general financial inquiries.
Meet and exceed key department performance metrics.
Contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Demonstrate the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes in a busy financial service center.
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a financial or banking environment.

Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain composure under pressure.
Proficiency in multitasking and adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on client's accounts. Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include client's Cash Management products and services, client Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.
