Seeking a Hospitality Asset Manager for a leading real estate investment firm managing a diverse portfolio of hotel properties. The Hospitality Asset Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of assigned hotel assets, with a focus on maximizing profitability, enhancing asset value, and supporting long-term strategic objectives. This role requires strong financial acumen, in-depth knowledge of hotel operations, and the ability to collaborate with property teams and stakeholders to drive performance improvements. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, analytical, and experienced in the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of hotel assets, identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and asset value. * Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue management. * Participate in weekly revenue calls and provide oversight on forecast accuracy and performance drivers. * Prepare and present financial performance reports to senior management and ownership. * Approve and manage annual budgets to ensure alignment with investor return objectives. * Collaborate with hotel management teams to support operational efficiency and service quality. * Conduct regular property inspections to evaluate standards, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment with brand and ownership expectations. * Lead the planning and execution of capital expenditure projects and renovations. * Perform property valuations and market assessments to identify growth opportunities and support investment decisions. * Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to guide asset strategy and investment planning. * Identify potential risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies. * Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and brand standards. * Serve as a liaison between property owners, operators, and other stakeholders, providing clear communication on asset performance and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in hospitality asset management or a comparable senior management role in the hotel industry. * Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with a deep understanding of hotel financial statements. * Proven ability to drive performance and enhance asset value through strategic oversight. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in financial analysis tools, asset management systems, and Microsoft Excel. * Willingness to travel as needed for property visits and meetings.
