Job Description Summary

Provides specialized support for assigned business process and/or system which includes the following:

Collaborates with colleagues across Loan Servicing to prioritize and define assigned business process and/or System impacts and changes. Researches problems and takes appropriate action to correct - Tests and implements business process and/or system modifications - May develop and provides user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures. Provides specialized support to internal and external business partners as needed. May act as liaison between vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prioritizes, monitors, and supports assigned work item including backlog items

  • Defines and updates assigned work item

  • Prepares requirements for work item request during the corresponding time frame

  • Researches problems and takes appropriate action to correct.

  • Tests and implements business process and/or system modifications.

  • May develop and provide user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures.

  • Develops and updates documentation to support business and corporate strategy and goals.

  • Develops, generates, maintains and monitors reports, files, and/or other data.

  • Responds to questions and may provide specialized support to internal and external business partners as needed.

  • May act as liaison between vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

This is a hybrid role. You must be located near 5555 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, Ohio

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years experience in data analytics, research, training, and/or problem resolution

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • General banking experience

  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word)

  • Research and resolve problems and takes appropriate action to correct the problem while keeping management in the communication stream.

  • Must be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills including follow-up on any outstanding items

  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
