Citigroup Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst in Columbus, Ohio
Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Tech Lead Analyst for its Columbus, Ohio location.
Duties: Design, develop and implement web-based applications. Develop code using Core Java, Spring, Hibernate and Angular framework, and create microservices in Spring Boot framework. Write test cases using JUnit and Mockito. Build robust and maintainable code using Design Patterns. Develop and optimize Oracle stored procedure, function views, and queries using Oracle platform products and tools, including JSQLParser. Perform code versioning, code building, and code deployment BitBucket, TeamCity and UDeploy. Support Release-On-Demand process for applications deployment. Ensure appropriateness of software design developed and implemented. Develop and support entitlements and coordinate daily business activities. Develop, maintain, and execute automated and manual test scripts for requirement/user story validation, integration, regression, performance and usability testing. Prepare technical designs that account for security, resiliency, scalability, maintainability, and performance, and ensures continuous improvements of processes, application designs, and application execution. Liaise with business partners to analyze user stories, ensuring they are clear, concise, and technically feasible, as well as translate user stories into solutions that aligns with architectural roadmap. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Systems Engineer, Development Engineer, or related position involving web applications design, development and implementation. 6 years of experience must include: Software development lifecycle; Object-oriented programming using Java and intensive programming; Web development using Angular frameworks; Oracle database design and management; Continuous integration and delivery; Data analytics; Big data, elastic search, MongoDB, Kafka, and Spark; Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate; Spring Boot framework; Junit and Mockito; JSQLParse; and BitBucket, TeamCity, and UDeploy.
