Responsibilities Our Administrative Service Returns Specialist is accountable for delivering outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders by efficiently handling returns and issuing credits for returned or damaged products. This role is also responsible for facilitating an efficient returns process by issuing necessary materials and return orders while maintaining department efficiency through timely report and log updates. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 5 years' experience in customer service, returns, or similar role The ability to perform greater than 5000 keystrokes per hour Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions The successful completion of a ninety (90) day orientation period Additional Information We offer a benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance, company sponsored life, optional life and disability insurance, Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts, a 401(k) plus match, Tuition Assistance, Paid Parental Leave, Paid Time Off (PTO), a Dress for your Day dress code and paid holidays.
