Job Title: Aviation Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UH-60 Mechanic to join our team and work on a fleet of helicopters at our base located at Fort Moore.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on UH-60, MH-60, H-60, Blackhawk, and Seahawk helicopters.

  • Conduct airframe troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Utilize your A&P license to perform detailed inspections and maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed.

Essential Skills

  • Experience with UH-60, MH-60, H-60 helicopters.

  • Proficiency in airframe mechanics and troubleshooting.

  • Possession of an A&P license.

  • 15 Tango Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Level I: 2 years of UH-60 experience or an A&P license with relevant helicopter experience.

  • Level II: 4 years of UH-60 experience.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-climate controlled hangar on base at Fort Moore. You will work alongside a dedicated team of professionals in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.96 - $34.15/hr.
