ManpowerGroup Thrift Store Associate in Columbia, South Carolina

Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking a Thrift Store Associate to join their team. As a Thrift Store Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the mission of providing quality goods to the community. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Thrift Store Associate

Location: Columbia, SC

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Receive and sort donations to ensure quality and cleanliness.

  • Stock shelves efficiently to maintain an organized store layout.

  • Load trucks for recycling and manage waste disposal responsibly.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by taking out trash regularly.

  • Adhere to a strict schedule, ensuring punctuality for all shifts.

What's Needed?

  • No prior experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.

  • Ability to stand on concrete for the duration of the shift.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment.

  • Commitment to teamwork and collaboration with fellow associates.

  • Must be able to refrain from using personal devices during work hours.
