Job Description

As a Sr. Systems Analyst - RPA UiPath you will be responsible for utilizing various delivery methodologies employed by Prime and assist in the communications interface between IT and the business community in the investigation, identification, and documentation of business application requirements and technical solutions based on applicable technologies within Prime for either the enhancement of existing applications or to foster the development of new applications. This position is responsible for providing work direction and guidance to less senior members of the Systems Analyst IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Automation Business Analyst responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders and conduct high-level assessments to identify business processes with automation potential.

  • Perform in-depth process analysis for the processes selected for automation and create the relevant documents, such as the Process Definition Document.

  • Define the business requirements and the test case scenarios for the future state, automated business processes.

  • Insight Reporting

  • Partner with the Solution Architect to create the implementation plan.

  • Work closely with the Automation Developers and Test Engineers during workflow testing and deployment to create knowledge transfer documentation used later in the automation lifecycle.

UiPath RPA knowledge and automation skills:

  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and business automation.

  • The UiPath Automation Implementation Methodology.

  • In-depth knowledge of the Discover pillar of the UiPath Platform: Automation Hub, Task Mining, Process Mining, Communications Mining, Insights

  • Basic knowledge of how automations are developed with the UiPath automation tools and concepts: UiPath Studio, ReFramework, queues, dispatcher-performer, UI automation, API automation.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

  • Experience with specific domain relevant to team

  • 5 years of experience with system requirements and/or supporting key business applications

  • Proven experience in leading others and providing work direction

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team

  • Excellent written, technical, and verbal communication skills

  • Capable and willing to receive work direction from direct and indirect leadership

  • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills

  • Ability to develop decision criteria and develop unbiased technology comparisons

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)

  • Previous experience in PBM / health care industry

  • Understanding of security implications of domain

  • Desire to work in management and lead others

Physical Demands

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

  • Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear

  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms

  • Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Potential pay for this position ranges from $81,000.00 - $138,000.00 based on experience and skills.
