Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Electrician to join our team on the night shift from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with occasional overtime on Friday and Saturday. The ideal candidate will maintain GMPs and excellent housekeeping practices, operate and monitor equipment, and perform minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities
Maintain GMPs and excellent housekeeping practices.
Operate, monitor, and perform minor troubleshooting of equipment to achieve optimum performance.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems.
Troubleshoot packaging equipment and perform maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
High School Diploma or GED.
5 years of PLC/Electrician experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Technical/Trade School graduate or apprenticeship program.
Knowledge and skill equivalent to two years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Allen-Bradley equipment.
Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
Skills in hydraulics, preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, VFD, and general troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a manufacturing environment handling various raw materials.
Ability to push, lift, and pull up to 60 lbs.

Work Environment
The work is performed in a plant environment with mechanical equipment and moving parts. You will navigate the production floor where temperatures may vary and there are dust particulates. The role requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, stooping, climbing, and crouching. You will be exposed to high noise levels, dust, heat, cold, and fumes from chemicals used in flavorings.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
