We are searching for a candidate with planning and design experience for federal or state government infrastructure

projects. This position will manage simultaneous projects and multi-discipline teams, lead technical design phases, and

coordinate with governmental agency clients.

What you will do:

Manage and perform the planning

and design of various

infrastructure projects

Take ownership of tasks with

dependable performance and

positive attitude

Focus on client satisfaction and

project delivery with attention to

detail and deadlines

Prepare and review scopes of

work, schedules, fee proposals,

budgets and responses to RFQs

Develop and maintain client

relationships

Mentor and support the

professional growth of junior staff

Participate in public meetings and

prepare public involvement

materials

What you will have:

Education: A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering

Experience: Minimum 5+ years experience

Licensure: Illinois Professional Engineer (or can obtain through

reciprocity)

Knowledge: Solid understanding of industry best practices, techniques,

standards and specifications, and design software

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsive: Communicates openly, proactively, and promptly

Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Ideals: Professional, kind, respectful, with a strong work ethic

Can Do Attitude: Positively engages with challenges and facilitates

problem solving
