Additionally, comprehensive benefits enhance work-life balance, making this an ideal choice for those seeking a rewarding and fulfilling career.Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday - 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.Benefits:Health, dental and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offEssential Functions and Duties:Set up and operate a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelinesPerform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipmentAdjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, according to specifications, and in a timely fashionReads and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machineryOversee training of new or Junior Machine OperatorsTroubleshoot issues and perform maintenancePerform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problemsClean machinery and maintain cleanliness in the work areaQualifications:Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing facility requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environmentAble to clearly communicate with coworkers and Team LeaderProficiency with hand toolsKnowledge of production and plant processesGet in touch!
