First National Bank Colorado Full Time Operations Assistant/Loan Administration Support in Colorado Springs, Colorado

This position will assist the operations manager in the day-to-day functions of the bank and to provide top quality customer service. In addition, the loan administrative support will assist lenders in the processing and handling of any function related to lending.

The top candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Being organized is a must.

Must work one Saturday per month.

One year of banking experience preferred.

Operations Duties:

Teller duties and assist with ordering currency, preparing cash shipments and daily balancing.

Open new accounts, assist customers with account maintenance

Inform/assist customers with debit cards, online banking, lost/stolen bankcards and additional products.

Notary duties as necessary.

Scanning of signature cards, customer identification documents, other filing as necessary.

Assist operations manager with any other duties or special projects as assigned

Loan Administration Duties: Manage credit and documentation files to ensure compliance Order title reports, real estate appraisals, UCC searches, credit reports, and flood searches for lender. Processing of loan payments as well as resolution of billing and payment application errors. Scanning documents. Review of daily, weekly, bi-weekly loan reports. Other duties and projects as assigned.
