Job Title: Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, heater bands, injection molding machinery, and presses. The role involves working with recently acquired robotic welders and arms, performing wiring for 110 - 480v 3-phase motors, motor control drives, and PLCs such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi. The ideal candidate will have experience in PLC troubleshooting and minor edits, fault resets, and working with linear actuators.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Conduct wiring and maintenance for 3-phase motors, motor control drives, and PLCs.
Troubleshoot and make minor edits to PLCs and reset faults.
Work with robotic welders and arms to optimize performance.
Utilize CMMS for preventive maintenance and work orders to minimize production downtime.
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
Balance mechanical and electrical work at a 50/50 ratio.
Perform general automation tasks as required.
Essential Skills
5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with at least 2 years in manufacturing.
Proficiency in troubleshooting PLCs, ladder logic, and motor drives.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and various electrical circuits (24vdc, 120/230/480 single and 3-phase).
Experience with HVAC, compressors, water chillers, plumbing, and hydraulics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with punch press machinery is highly preferred.
Welding and fabricating skills are a major plus, though not required.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and drawings.
Preferred experience with calipers, electrical meters, pressure reading devices, and temperature gauges.

Work Environment
The role is based on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. The work environment includes 10 mold injection machines, 1 large punch press, and 2 robotic arms. The facility is non-temperature controlled, with temperatures ranging from 50 degrees in the winter to 100 degrees in the summer. Appropriate clothing such as jeans, work pants, work shirts, and steel toe boots are required, along with hearing protection due to the high noise levels in the production area.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collierville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
