Job Description
Responsibilities:- Assists in the coordination and conduct of various human subjects research projects.- Applies standard techniques of clinical research, data management, and keeps detailed record of data.- Assists in the operation of human subjects related research equipment. - Uses and computers and laboratory or technical equipment to perform data analysis, statistical analysis and technical evaluation of research experiments and results.- Evaluates and summarizes experiment results.- Assists in preparing and writing proposals to funding agencies; maintains financial accounts related to research projects.
Assists undergraduate and/or graduate students and other laboratory, technical or field staff involved in research.-Installs, operates, maintains, and/or repairs research equipment.-Assists with reports, invoices, and cataloging records.-Performs other related duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:-Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:- Knowledge of laboratory maintenance and equipment.
Knowledge of computers and computer software related to the position.

Preferred Education and Experience:
-Master's in nutrition, public health, or related field
-one year of clinical research or public health research experience
Preferred Knowledge, skills, and abilities: - proficiency in JMP, SPSS, R, SAS, or another statistical software
- clinical research experience
