Fujifilm Materials Management Specialist III, (6pm-6am) in College Station, Texas
Position Overview
Summary : Under general direction, the Materials Management III is responsible for the accurate receiving, ordering, shipping, general warehousing, and internal distribution of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and non-GMP materials in support of company operations.

Job Description
Essential Functions:
Accurately receive, pick and issue material in support of manufacturing, quality, and operational needs
Perform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory system
Comply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local & corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulations
Ensure all finished good stock creations are accurately received, stored, and documented
Create and troubleshoot Transfer Order and Material Request processes
Perform and record cycle counting and inventory audits, as required
Train Materials Management personnel on equipment and warehouse processes and procedures
Review standard operating procedures as required to maintain compliance for the cGMP warehouse and its operations
Required Skills & Abilities:
Good communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Detail oriented and accurate
Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Possess Valid class 3 driving license

Must be able to work weekends, off-shifts, overtime, and a rotating on-call schedule, as required
Handle and work with hazardous materials and chemicals per OSHA guidelines
Experience prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching
Use hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment is required
Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to 60 pounds with assistance
Work in cold temperatures
Operate manual and electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment
Work in high places
Attendance is mandatory
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma with at least (4) four years of work experience, with
(2) two years of relevant warehouse experience, and
(1) one year of cGMP or regulated warehouse experience, and
Working knowledge of ERP application software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
PSA forklift license
