Position Information
Responsibilities:
50% Complete matching within Cadency for all Wells Fargo banks and general ledger accounts with efficiency
27% Work professionally to address all outstanding items in the Wells Fargo banks and general ledger accounts
5% Provide support documentation as needed to complete reconciliations within Cadency
15% Analyze gifts received by the agency. Quarterly and annually complete gift reporting.
2% Actively participate with AgriLife Administrative Services reporting staff on best practices for financial reporting, website designs and agency procedures. Represent Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service in meetings, workshops or training sessions as needed.
1% Perform other job-related duties and reporting as required.
Required Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.Four years of related experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills and problem-solving skills. Ability to comprehend and apply rules and regulations. Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Practical knowledge of governmental and higher education operations. Working knowledge of Cadency, FAMIS, USAS, business objects, word processing, and spreadsheet programs.

Salary: Compensation for this position is commensurate based on the selected candidate’s qualifications.
