Aerotek 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician in COLDWATER, Michigan
Job Description
The 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician is tasked with troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair duties on all industrial machinery and facilities equipment. This role demands expertise in both preventative and reactive maintenance across multiple crafts. Responsibilities include working on motors, 480v systems, hydraulics, blow molding machines, and various mechanical components. The technician will also handle electrical tasks involving AC/DC motors and wiring, and is expected to interpret blueprints and schematics. Ensuring adherence to safety protocols, particularly lock out tag out procedures, is critical.
Shift/Pay:
3rd shift: Monday-Thursday 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM with overtime available
Up to $29.46 an hour depending on experience

This is a fully on-site position in COLDWATER, Michigan.
Work Environment
The work environment includes a warmer but manageable facility with multiple air intake systems installed to enhance comfort. The facility features 12 blow molding machines and presses, and is equipped with a well-resourced tool room containing a lathe, grinder, and an array of tools.
