Seeking experienced (at least 1 year) siding installer with ability to work on a team or cut and install on their own. I am looking for craftsmen not hacks, so attention to detail is just as important as putting up squares. Please email your contact information and any construction experience you may have. Job starts immediately. Piece rate may be available.\ You will be tested on ability to work at heights on your first day on a two-story roof as well as on pump-jack scaffolding two stories and above. You will also be tested on construction math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, angles, etc.).\ Ideal candidate will be skilled installing multiple materials (fiber cement, wood, metal, vinyl) but most projects are fiber cement with LP trim. Experienced applicants are expected to be familiar with both industry standards for installation as well as manufacturers warranty requirements and recommended installation practices (James Hardie, LP, Mastic and/or Royal)\ The following tools are required for this position:\ Tool belt/nail bags\ Framers hammer (not wimpy homeowners hammer)\ Fat Max 25 tape measure\ Speed square\ 1\" Chisel\ Linesman pliers\ Screwdriver (flathead and philips)\ Utility knife\ Sturdy chalk line (one red, one blue)\ 3-4\" putty knife with stiff blade\ Torpedo level\ Red & Green metal snips (I dont use yellows)\ Nail set
