Job Description
ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services and CreeQuest are looking to hire experienced manual Snow Removal/Janitor candidates to join our Snow Removal/Janitorial Team. The Snow Removal/Janitor Worker is responsible for manual snow removal, sanding all entrances, exits and walk ways of the property. Cleaning assigned areas in the janitorial department when there is no snow removal for the day for a remote camp near Timmins, Northern Ontario. A valid full driver's license is required , as well as updated WHMIS and Ontario Worker Health & Safety certificates. Comprehensive benefit packages are offered.
Please note all candidates considered for hire will be required to successfully pass a pre-employment D&A test and criminal background check
Transportation is provided out of Timmins or Cochrane, Ontario - travel allowance is available for some areas that are further away.
Successful candidates should have some experience in the remote or commercial industries. Rotation schedules are two week on and two weeks off.
MUST be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Essential functions and responsibilities?of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements?and business needs
Job Responsibilities
? Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment including aligning with OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark regulations
? Maintains a clean and orderly environment to project the safety and health of others
? Accurately maintains and cleans housekeeping equipment
? Cleans assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
? Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas
? Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
? Secures the facility, ensuring building is locked/unlocked as required
? Ensures security of company assets

Qualifications
? Knowledge and experience in general maintenance
? Basic maintenance skills and ability
? Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
? Must have a valid and current driver's license
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
