• Ensures that adequate Quality inspection support is provided to productions and to open projects / initiatives;

确保为生产和项目/计划提供足够的质量检验支持；

• Ensures that quality inspection for validation of new processes/ products are performed and documented according to procedures and within the defined timeline;

确保新工艺/产品验证的质量检查按照程序并在规定的时间内进行并记录；

• Responsible for incoming inspection of raw materials, product process inspection, finished product release inspection and testing activities, fill in inspection records, determine product quality and issue test reports;

• 负责原材料的进料检验，产品的过程检验，成品放行检验测试活动，填写检验记录，判定产品质量并出具检测报告

• Assist the quality engineer to manage the product quality on the production site, ensure that the production process complies with the requirements of regulations and internal processes, and review the inspection activities and records of the operators;

• 协助质量工程师管理生产现场产品质量，确保生产过程符合法规和内部流程的要求，复核作业员的检验活动和记录内容

• Identify nonconformities and ensure that nonconformities are initiated in accordance with plans, procedures, and regulations, escalate quality issues and report them to engineers;

识别不符合项并确保不符合按照计划、程序和法规要求进行启动，升级质

量问题并汇报给工程师；

• Manage and maintain relevant inspection equipment and inspection area in accordance with quality system requirements;

• 按照质量体系的要求，管理和维护相关检验设备和检验区域；

• Ensures that GMP rules are known, understood, and respected on the site;

• GMP规则在现场被了解、理解和遵守；

• Provides inspection and testing support to complaint investigation if required;

如有需要，为投诉调查提供检测支持；

• Ensures supporting inspection activities to process improvement projects;

• 确保支持工艺改进的检验活动
