Requisition Summary The Senior Administrative Assistant provides administrative and event planning support to the Director of Powertrain Planning, Definition, Compliance, Aftersales and Validation and the department, including communications, screening/responding to inquiries, coordinating meetings, answering department phones, making travel arrangements and other administrative duties as assigned. Job Functions / Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Powertrain Planning, Definition, Compliance, Aftersales and Validation and four direct reports. Organize department events including All Employee meetings, team building events, United Way and more. Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel arrangements. Set up on-site and off-site meetings, including catering. Answer multi-line phones and maintain calendars. Create and edit management presentations and reports. Reconcile and submit expense reports through SAP Concur. Create SAP purchase orders for compliance payments and department purchases. Collaborate with other administrative support team members to maximize efficiency. Organize and maintain team SharePoint. Prepare and distribute notes from weekly staff meetings. Handle other project and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills 3 year's administrative experience preferred Highly organized and effective planner Detail oriented, active communicator, excellent customer service skills Ability to maintain a professional attitude while working under strict deadlines Aptitude for organizing large, detailed projects, requiring follow-up and independent direction Excellent PC skills.
