Description Job Description This position is responsible for assisting in the daily activities of the AR cash application and Admin team within approved corporate guidelines under the direction of the assigned Supervisor/Manager. Salary: $20.00 - $27.55 hourly wage, Depending on Experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Daily posting and allocation of lockbox payments. Daily posting and allocation of ACH/EFT transactions including Direct, Fintech, Incontrol and relationship requirements. Daily posting and actions for the returned payment process Perform desktop deposits including GL transactions and allocations. Process and allocate credit card transactions and email relationships. Process refunds. Process prompt pay and bad debt adjustments. Process invoice error reports. Prepare monthly customer statements. New account coverage and updates as required Other tasks, projects, duties as assigned as assigned (Reseller, UBI, GET validations, Bad Debt paper conversions to scan). Job Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years previous Accounts Receivable Cash Applications work experience. BA or BS in Accounting or other related field preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic accounting principles. Beverage industry experience a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.), Adobe, SharePoint, and 10-key. Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong organization skills to multi-task to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient with the English language is necessary for this position. Ability to prioritize, work accounts in multiple ERP systems. Experience with Encompass and eoStar a plus.
