Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Work cooperatively with colleagues, supervisors, and administrators. ? Demonstrate ethical behavior. ? Engage in self development. ? Follow district policies and administrative rules and regulations. ? Maintain behavior appropriate to performing and accomplishing assigned duties. ? Know what to do to successfully complete assigned work. ? Project overall concern for personal appearance as it relates to job performance. ? Carry out assignments and instructions from supervisor(s) in a competent and efficient manner. ? Perform assignments in such a manner so as not to interrupt the classroom learning environment. ? Work in a safe manner with personal safety and the safety of others as the number one priority. ? Communicate with supervisor and co-workers. ? Using the current work order system: Perform tasks on work orders assigned in a capable and timely manner. Complete and turn in work order paperwork in a timely manner with purchases, labor, and work performed listed. ? Maintain and install roof top heating, and coiling units along with associated duct work, and delivery systems. ? Maintenance and retrofit of refrigeration compressors. ? Assist Coordinator on proposals, purchasing, and specifications on HVAC equipment. ? Maintain all HVAC control equipment including thermostats, ignitions systems, power delivery systems, pneumatics, and valves. ? Perform all work within the regulations concerning CFCs. ? Welding, silver brazing for repair and installation of piping. *
