Job Description
This position exists to provide effective and accurate contract and purchasing processes; adequate inventory and maintenance of office supplies; efficient and accurate payroll processing and reconciling under general supervision of the Executive Financial Officer and control of Minn State and FDLTCC procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
Accounting skills including spreadsheet completion and analysis
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Business English, spelling and grammar sufficient to proofread and to ensure the accuracy and completeness of written materials
Organize multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet requirements of position and deadlines
Analyze financial records and reports, locate errors and recommend solutions
Ability to understand written and oral instructions
Ability to work effectively with private and confidential materials
Preferred Qualification
- Associates degree or higher in accounting or related field
Salary Range
$22.57 - $31.89 hourly; $47,126 - $66,586 annually
Work Shift (Hours / Days of work)
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
