JOB DESCRIPTION

As an IT Senior Business Analyst for HR Applications specializing in SuccessFactors , you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing HR technology solutions to support the organization's talent management objectives. This role requires deep expertise in SuccessFactors, specifically the Compensation module, as well as strong knowledge of the Recruiting and Onboarding modules. You will play a critical role in understanding HR processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and optimizing the integration between SuccessFactors modules to enhance overall HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

SuccessFactors Run and Optimization:

  • Ensure run activities and optimization of SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Compensation, Recruiting, and Onboarding.

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SuccessFactors.

  • Ensure run of internal team members surveys (via our group tool Qualtrics)

Business Process Analysis for Module Configuration and Customization:

  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to define business requirements and map processes within SuccessFactors.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of HR processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure SuccessFactors IT administration to align with HR processes, policies, and best practices.

  • Lead enhancements implementation and new features to improve the user experience and drive HR process efficiency.

  • Monitor third party provider to ensure good delivery, with best IT governance standards.

Integration and Interoperability:

  • Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems and applications.

  • Optimize data flows and integration points to support end-to-end HR processes and data consistency.

Requirements Gathering and Documentation:

  • Elicit and document business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases for SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.

  • Communicate requirements effectively to technical teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Ensure technical requirements and specifications are valid and up to date.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts to validate the functionality and performance of SuccessFactors configurations.

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or defects identified during testing.

Training and User Support:

  • Provide training and support to HR BPOs on SuccessFactors functionality, best practices, and system usage.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for SuccessFactors-related inquiries and issue resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • SuccessFactors certification on the Compensation module is mandatory (SuccessFactors Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Compensation);

  • Additional certifications on Recruiting and Onboarding modules are highly desirable (SuccessFactors Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting).

  • Knowledge of Qualtrics is highly preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HR technology solutions and SuccessFactors.

  • Deep understanding of HR processes, practices, and regulations, with the ability to analyze and map complex business requirements.

  • Strong technical expertise in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules, including experience with rules, workflows, and data models.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with HR stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
