Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sherwood, AR for a Bilingual Team Leader in a call center. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of call center representatives to ensure high-quality customer service, customer satisfaction, and overall performance metrics. The Team Leader will also participate in the hiring and training of new call center representatives and provide coaching and development for the existing team.

Qualifications

Interpersonal skills, communication, and customer service skills

Analytical skills to identify performance trends and recommend process improvements

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English

Previous experience in a call center environment and understanding of call center metrics

Bilingual (Spanish and English) language proficiency required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center leadership role

Experience in a healthcare environment is desirable but not necessary.
