Job Description Summary
Our Workflow and Services Team provides solutions to everyday clinical needs and also solves complex clinical problems. As a Workflows intern, you’ll support customized workflows for customer-facing teams to optimize the user experience.
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Create and edit workflows that automate and configure user steps within the MIM software suite of products
Troubleshoot issues in existing workflows
Creatively solve problems for users in a clinical market (Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology, etc) and learn about related clinical use cases as needed
Code review workflows made by others and validate outputs
Write automated tests for workflows
Provide documentation and training for workflows built during the internship
Work closely with experienced workflow engineers, including a personal mentor
Learn about engineering principles in an industry environment
Work on real functionality with a real world impact on customers
What You’ll Need:
Some experience writing code in coursework, projects, or previous internships
An active pursuit of a bachelor's degree, such as in computer science, mathematics, physics, or another engineering discipline
Prior experience with writing scripts is preferred
General problem-solving skills
Strong analytical thinking
Communication, organization, and time management skills
An aptitude for math and science
An existing understanding of medical imaging is not required
