Job Description
Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking a remote ServiceNow Administrator for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, OH. The Administrator will be hands-on technically with their ServiceNow platform. This person will need experience working in an Agile and Waterfall environment and work in cross-functional teams with a good governance practice on the ServiceNow platform. This person will be helping add two asset management modules and speaking with 3rd party implementation teams.

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves:
3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience with ITSM Pro
Experience with ServiceNow San Diego including NXT and service operations
Basic Scripting and coding experience, Java Script, Html Plusses:
ITIL Certification
ServiceNow certification (huge plus)
Experience with Tokyo
Any ServiceNow development experience
Pay Rate: $60HR-$70HR null
