ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Enterprise Systems Developer is responsible for conducting analysis, designing, developing, configuring, integrating, testing and implementing enterprise-wide systems across various functional areas. The incumbent will collaborate with technical peers to enable product teams to run applications on platforms that are managed, secure, supported, and governed. The Senior Enterprise Systems Developer is accountable for the delivery of platform capabilities and maintaining the health, security, and upgradeability of ServiceNow products including IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Employee Center. WHAT THE ROLE WILL DO: Conduct analysis and evaluation of current enterprise-wide systems and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Develop and implement enterprise-wide system modifications and upgrades Develop and implement integration and automation solutions Establish ongoing monitoring and metrics to understand system performance, anomalies, and continuous improvement opportunities Develop and maintain programming and system documentation Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of system upgrades Create technical documentation and provide post-implementation support Leverage low code / no code solutions as appropriate Standardize system configurations with a focus on reusable components to enable Product Teams to build at speed and scale This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa. This position has a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and the option for working remotely two days. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Education Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. In lieu of a degree, at least 7 years of experience in enterprise-wide systems programming. Preferred Platform certifications (i.e., Oracle, ServiceNow, Azure) Skills and Experience 4-6+ years of experience in enterprise-wide systems programming In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python Knowledge of software development lifecycle Experience with writing code, debugging, testing, and deploying code in a variety of environments Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Advanced scripting and software development skills (JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly) Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration and Integration Hub Knowledge of ITIL framework principles and practices Technical Skills Programming Languages Web Services & APIs Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodology Automated Testing Tools Cloud Technologies & Platforms Data Analysis Data Security Secure Coding Standards System Architecture Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
