OhioMeansJobs-Cleveland Cuyahoga County is sourcing candidates for a Sales Support Representative: We have a Westside company that needs a Sales Support Representative Monday thru Friday 8AM to 4:30 PM. Duties will include but are not limited to: Processing sales orders for domestic and international customers. Interacting with customers via phone and email respond to questions and inquires. Order management and customer follow-up. Previous experience in a customer service position. Familiarity with Microsoft Office including word and Excel. Good communication skills.
