The levels of experience on the division vary which make for a great learning environment as there are nurses and nursing assistants with twenty plus years of experience down to new graduates. Because of the small size of the unit and years of experience our staff have, Lakeside 55 has developed a reputation as being a supportive, fun, and family-like unit.
