Crowe is looking for a Process Optimization and Robotics Senior Consultant with the drive to work in an entrepreneurial environment supporting our larger client base in the technology, media & telecommunications industry while focused on some of the longer-term project needs of our clients.This position has limited travel, with client work primarily being performed remotely. This individual will be a contributing team member in our Process Optimization and Robotics Consulting practice, while working alongside the client and their teams on various areas including ISO, SOC, CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, ISMAP. RPA Development and Process Automation for internal audit processes, security and compliance processes, financial processes, business processes, and similar engagements. While RPA experience is preferred, a successful applicant will be able to demonstrate experience in different areas of information systems compliance. Typical responsibilities include: Lead clients through the compliance process from initial certification to annual assessments Assist clients in learning how to approach new controls and areas of compliance Present pre and post compliance review results to client leadership, including plans on how to address shortcomings in review results Perform as a cybersecurity SME on client engagements Act as an advocate for the client's cybersecurity team to other departments Code, test, debug, implement, and document RPA / Process Automation programs Modify company products and/or customer/internal systems to meet the needs of the client and/or end-user Research and analyze use of existing systems and program requirements and preparing documentation to change existing programs Perform data analysis to support internal and external project needs Design RPA / Process Automation programs for projects or enhancements to existing programs Write specifications for programs Resolve routine production support problems Assist in completion of unit testing by preparing test data, running tests and evaluating results Develop screen tests, debugging problems and test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs Create documentation of compliance and RPA / Process Automation programs Conduct routine quality assurance activities Educate internal resources to obtain compliance skillsets Required Qualifications: Educational and Professional Credentials Bachelor's degree is required; ma
