The role is required to maintain operational relationships with vendors and Parker locations, working with Division staff and other Corporate I/T staff under the direction and guidance of management. The role involves management and support for critical networking infrastructure, as well as implementations, integration, reorganisations, and global connectivity solutions for our stakeholders. Requires exceptionally high levels of collaboration and customer service. 1. Be proficient in Cisco switching, routing & wifi, F5 and Infoblox IPAM & DHCP 2. Perform complex system analysis, troubleshooting, support, etc. on the above systems. 3. Research and implement innovative solutions to support requirements of the business. 4. Provide information to promote the understanding and benefit of technology systems. 5. Manage complex projects across teams. 6. Manage vendor support activities. 7. Engage with & lead in managing stakeholder expectations. 8. Follow all relevant corporate processes (e.g. Change Management). 9. Being part on an on-call rotation to ensure the core network functions are running efficiently. 10. Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders. 1. Manage major WAN and LAN projects, dealing with customers and internal staff. 2. Responsible for maintaining operational efficiency of team technologies, services and solutions. 3. Organize objectives for the year based upon Business need and strategic direction. Attend meetings with strategic sponsors to help develop, plan and implement solutions. 1. Five or more years' experience in Information Technology. 2. Comprehensive knowledge of networking solutions design and configuration, analysis principles, industry practices, regulations and overall network operations. 3. Experience of network technologies such as Routing protocols, Switching, VOIP, Wireless, SD WAN - CCNA required 4. Experience of F5 Application Delivery & Infoblox IPAM & DHCP 5. Ability to effectively assess, lead and implement projects and continuous improvement activities. 6. Excellent problem solving, analysis and communication skills. 7. Highly self-motivated and results driven. 8. Strong written and verbal communications skills 9. Ability to plan effectively and adapt to changing business needs and priorities. 10. High levels of professionalism. 11. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Degree in Information Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. Cisco CCNA, F5 experience, Infoblox experience Demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions of the job typically acquired through 5-10 years related experience utilizing standard toolsets.
