MetroHealth Manager Supply Chain Center of Excellence- Supply Chain Admin in CLEVELAND, Ohio
Location: MetroHealth Old Brooklyn Campus
Biweekly Hours: 80.00
Shift: 8am to 5pm

Summary:
Manages the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (CoE) operational functions and staff. Manages large complex cross-functional projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, representing the business, strategy, and Supply Chain priorities of The MetroHealth System (MHS). Utilizes Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles, processes and tools. Serves as primary business partner to key organizational stakeholders and sponsors. Oversees and participates in activities related to portfolio management, project request intake, governance, and resource risk and change management. Provides mentoring services to other project teams and CoE team members. Oversees CoE operational and process improvement efforts. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standard of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. In lieu of degree, any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in addition to the experience stated below. Minimum of five years of project management experience involving IT, business and strategy projects in large, complex organizations. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation, leadership and facilitation skills Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and process mapping software Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Preferred: Master’s Degree Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or knowledge of and the ability to apply tools and techniques of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) methodologies. Experience with a large public or academic healthcare system Training and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma Program management experience in a major health system organization
