Position: We're looking for a Maintenance Tech to respond quickly and courteously to maintenance requests, troubleshooting the source and taking appropriate action to repair and restore service by providing quality workmanship within a timely manner and with an outstanding attention to detail.
*The hourly rate pay is between $20-22 per hour commensurate with experience and depending on the building location. *

Requirements:
The right candidate will be able to complete general maintenance repairs such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors as well as possess a working knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing Systems. Additionally, making vacant units ready for new tenants to occupy within five (5) days.
You will also be responsible for maintaining general maintenance inventory and report outstanding issue to manager to ensure timely repair as well as following proper safety procedures when cleaning up after injuries involving chemicals, solvents, blood, and bodily fluids.
To be successful, you'll need to schedule and complete preventative maintenance program, and be able to maintain, repair or the ability to communicate to contract outside source when needed.
