Lead the Maintenance function
Development of processes and procedures to safely and effectively maintain AT&F facilities for “Best in Class Performance”
Ensure high availability of equipment through an efficient preventative maintenance program
Develop and Assist with Capex solutions and installations including contractor management
Develop a technical document management system to include preventative and corrective maintenance procedures.
Complete and maintain required and accurate documentation and records
Complete and maintain recommended spare parts and tools lists
Develop and present the expense budget for the maintenance engineering function
Build relationships with 3rd party service providers
Serve as the company’s representative with contractors
Ensure all Team Members and subcontractors meet technical and safety training requirements. Conduct and review safety analyses and reviews of hazards and energy sources. Develop a system of compliance checks for operating and safety rules
Facilitate the daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting requirements
Implement training and education to enhance employee growth and continued job performance improvement
Other duties as needed
What You Should Bring to this Role:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent.
Advanced degree and/or P.E. a plus
5+ years experience in Operations and Maintenance of facilities.
Demonstrated a history of engineering problem solving
Prior experience managing technologies at facilities or work locations
Prior experience managing contracts
Demonstrate continuous commitment to safe operations. Be an active role model and constant resource to the organization
