KeyBank NA Learning Facilitator in Cleveland, Ohio

Location: For Those Who Work At Home - Various, Washington 98136 *Location will be virtual/remote, but must be located in the Pacific Time Zone. Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager of Learning Delivery, this role is a key contributor to delivering best-in-class learning experiences in physical classroom, virtual and hybrid learning environments. This role facilitates content spanning from leadership competencies to job-specific skills with a goal of improving an individuals' performance and contribution to business results. This role serves as a knowledge broker who, in addition to sharing key content, focuses on helping learners connect the information to current and future responsibilities. The facilitator shares mission-critical concepts, then creates an environment in which learners feel comfortable contributing and being vulnerable. This role's approach shifts learners to be active participants in the process and turning to the facilitator for guidance instead of answers. Responsibilities Lead and facilitate modules, classes, workshops and bootcamps to ensure that the programmatic implementation aligns with the identified learning objectives Cultivate and create a safe and exciting atmosphere for learners to be curious and vulnerable Ensure all learners are engaged throughout their learning experience Guide learners through environmental, intellectual and emotional success Go beyond a one-size-fits-all delivery approach to enabling learners to map out their own journey, and then connecting all possible learning paths into the facilitated learning experience Serve in both primary (lead facilitator) and secondary (producer) facilitation roles to support the execution of consumer-grade learning experiences Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key's clients and Key. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Learning, Education, Business, Communications, Journalism or equivalent (preferred) Experience Qualifications 3+ years Experience facilitating virtual and in-person content in a corporate L&D, education or professional setting (preferred) Tactical Skills You have subject matter expertise in storytelling and delivery approaches, and can easily navigate facilitating different course content - from technical, to functional, to leadership You have a "Ted Talk" style delivery approach which incorporates confidence, energy, professionalism, technical ability, exceptional learner experience and humor You can deliver a "Peloton Experience" and excel at engaging learners in a hybrid learning environment in which learners have joined both in-person and online You have experience, or a high interest, in live video and audio production Personal Skills Digital Awareness Influence Empathy Emotional Intelligence Practical Skills Oral & Written Communication Storytelling Core Competencies All KeyBank employees are expected to demonstrate Key's Values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies.
