We currently service multiple nursing homes, apartment buildings, restaurants, manufacturing, hospitals & institutions. Responsibilities Service & installation of commercial domestic hot water systems including but not limited to; * Commercial water heaters * Commercial domestic boilers, holding tanks & controls. * Tankless water heaters & combo units. * Circulating pumps Service & installation of commercial heating/cooling systems including but not limited to; * Hot water & steam heating boilers. * Forced air & air conditioning units. * Heat pumps. * Chilling towers. * 3 years' experience in commercial HVAC * Strong knowledge of electrical systems. * CFC Certified * Ability to read commercial wiring schematics. * Ability to lift 50 lbs independently and use power & hand tools. * Work in outside conditions and in tight spaces. * Use of ladders for roof access.
