REBIZ LLC Business Intelligence Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio

Responsible for troubleshooting any issues with equipment, programs, and applications related to information technology; coordinate with IT department to take care of issues related to downtime and formulate solutions to address problems; aggregate large, complex data sets from multiple databases and create insight reports; provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis of patterns, insights and trends to decision-makers utilizing dashboarding and analytic tools; utilize ERP implementation, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and cost and quality efficiency programs to perform duties; examine and evaluate current computer business systems, procedures, and processes; play a role in systems recovery after extended network outages; conduct regular systems and hardware checks to examine network integrity; document and evaluate reports related to network performance, and look into detailed information on peak traffic times, system outages and potential security risks; research new IT applications that can improve network performance and assist with the implementation and integration of tools; responsible for assisting non-IT staff with using new applications; prepare users with the recommended course of action following network downtime, and field calls related to localized system issues from employees; work with clients to recognize and understand the existing and future business needs and to maintain a record of objectives, deliverables, and specifications on the respective project; inspect work products for accuracy and adherence to design standards; organize program design, coding, documentation, and debugging; perform software development tasks on a technical basis; recognize best practices and offer technical assistance for activities throughout Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) phases; establish and support a development environment independent of server installation and configuration; take care of configuration management, software integration, and interpretation of software test results, providing a technical briefing and reporting to management; provide solutions for complex systems problems by giving user necessary support; create and update technical design, architecture documents, deployment, and operations; guide the less experienced personnel technically in the resolution of systems-related problems; provide information to clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs; measure the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them; revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards; design cost-benefit and return-on-investment (ROI) to help in decisions on system implementation; and describe inputs accessed by the system and plan the distribution.

 

Location: 1925 St. Clair Ave NE, Suite 200, Cleveland, OH 44114;

 

Salary: $70,000 per year;

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Information Technology, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);

 

Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a General Manager -- People, Technology & Transformation, as a Lead -- Technology & Transformation, or in a related occupation;

 

Other Requirements: Experience must include two (2) years' use of all the following: ERP implementation, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, and cost and quality efficiency programs.

 

Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience.
