Northrop Grumman is currently seeking a Principal Facilities Representative Level 3 to support our FCC Maintenance / Reliability Engineering at our Clearfield, Utah location.

This candidate will be an integral part of the FCC Maintenance / Reliability Engineering team and will have a wide variety of roles and responsibilities. The individual in this role will be expected to partner with the maintenance technicians and the reliability engineers to coordinate and schedule PM's, Work Orders, and Maintenance Projects. Responsibilities will also include communication and coordination with manufacturing groups, contractors, and vendors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preside as the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) (Maximo) administrator.

  • Schedule PM's (Preventive maintenance), WO's (Work orders), and Projects.

  • Schedule contractors / vendors.

  • Work planning for the FCC facilities maintenance.

  • Attend planning meetings.

  • Present metrics to leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience the following engineering fields: Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electrical, , Mechanical, Process, Power, Research, Control, Facilities, Industrial, Energy and Testing; OR Masters with 3 years of experience in mentioned fields; OR 4 additional years of experience in mentioned fields in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools.

  • Experience with a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar.

  • Ability to obtain DoD Clearance.

  • Ability to obtain SAP Special Program Access.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Maximo.

  • Experience and practical knowledge of equipment maintenance.

  • Experience and practical knowledge of building and facilities maintenance.

  • Knowledge of construction principles.

Salary Range: $76,600 - $115,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
