Job Description: 3M is seeking Assembly Technician candidates in Clarkston, Georgia! Full-time 2ndand 3rd Shifts. The Impact Youll Make in this Role As an Assembly Technician, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Assemble/package manufactured products in accordance to applicable procedures Accurately record production data Performing all casting and impregnation production processes including casting, drying, sintering, and impregnating radomes Operating equipment such as furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipment Identifying problems and working with process engineers through to resolution Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start) Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Minimum six (6) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment Work location: Onsite Clarkston, Georgia Relocation Assistance: Not Authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). The starting rate of pay for this position is $19.64 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
