NB Ventures Inc. dba GEP seeks Senior Manager - TSO in Clark, NJ.Duties: Manage and coach junior account managers in the team. Own a client portfolio and lead implementation of GEP's software application through a project team. Engage with client business stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps if any and drive development of enhancements on application to mitigate gaps. Understand client business requirements, propose, and negotiate technical solutions and deliver solutions. Streamline business processes and increasing operational efficiency. Centralize Global practices across multiple ERP/regions into GEP SMART cloud solution. Translate client business requirements for the internal technical team and ensure that the product/service is delivered to the client according to the requirements and timeline. Form strategic account plans including areas for improvement, opportunities, and action items. Identify opportunities for clients to increase the usage of current GEP products as well as expand to new products offered by GEP. Display deep knowledge of GEP products and markets and deliver demonstrations to customers, when needed. Meet and exceed all service level requirements and drive exceptional client satisfaction to establish and manage loyal relationships. Participate in SAP integration discussions to optimize touchpoints for Master and Transactional data interfaces. Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction. Telecommuting permitted as determined by employer. May require travel or relocation to various unanticipated locations within the U.S.Requires a Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in a Computer software professional or related occupations. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and five (5) years of experience in a Computer software professional or related occupations. Requires one (1) year of experience with at least 2 of the following: Procure to Pay (P2P), Software Implementation, Source to Contract. Telecommuting permitted as determined by employer. May require travel or relocation to various unanticipated locations within the U.S.40 hours/week.
