NB Ventures Inc. dba GEP seeks Manager - Consulting in Clark, NJ.Duties: Understand business requirements on GEP Smart projects through various stakeholder meetings, expectations on procurement deliverables. Analyze client spend data and create detailed strategy for the project. Translate client requirements on the procure to pay (P2P) and source to contract (S2C) platform and co-ordinate with the internal technology services group on customizing the service request as per needs. Collaborate with services analysts and GEP leadership to manage procurement process & third-party service providers. Assist with operational excellence objectives for overall system reliability, security, availability, responsiveness, effectiveness, and operational cost of the project implementation. Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends on procurement categories. Develop project plans, budgets and savings strategies for the stakeholders. Analyze, review and modify implementation services plans by tracking revenue &realization. Collaborate with team members to resolve strategy and savings issues that arise while the implementation phase. Define scope, goals, and deliverables and manage expectations with client facing teams. Assist with mitigating risks, issues and dependency items for each project/initiative. Communicate high severity items in a timely manner to resolution. Participate in firm building activities including recruiting, training, etc.Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field plus 6 months of experience as a Procurement/Consulting/Analyst or related occupations. In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field plus 2 years of experience as a Procurement/Consulting/Analyst or related occupations. Requires 6 months of experience in strategic sourcing and opportunity assessment.Telecommuting permitted as determined by employer. May require travel or relocation to various unanticipated locations within the U.S.40 hours/week.
