Summary
The Network Technician provides technical support to team members company-wide. Answers, evaluates, and prioritizes incoming requests for assistance from team members experiencing problems with PC’s, network printers, phone systems, and other computer-related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.
Provide assistance to team members through the Service Desk.
Provide local and remote user support and training.
Configure PC’s – desktops and laptops.
Configure, deploy, and support network printers.
Basic first level LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
Support and maintain Active Directory.
Maintain user passwords on AS/400 and network.
Assist in supporting and managing phone system.
Occasional travel to remote sites.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
What You Bring to Pacific Seafood:
Required
High School diploma or GED
Minimum two years of experience supporting networked computers running Windows 7 and Microsoft Office applications, including MS Outlook.
At least two years of experience in the set up and support of laptop and desktop hardware.
Basic LAN/WAN understanding.
Flexibility to travel as needed.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred
- Prior experience with AS/400 and/or phone support system.
Pay Range: $48,654 - $58,385 per year
