ManpowerGroup IT Asset Disposal Technician in Clackamas, Oregon
Our client, a leader in the technology recycling industry, is seeking an IT Asset Disposal Technician to join their team. As an IT Asset Disposal Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the asset management process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: IT Asset Disposal Technician I
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay Range: $18.50/hr
What's the Job?
Inspect, evaluate, sort, and disassemble asset electronic materials ready for End of Life.
Identify and distinguish between assets for resale evaluation, commodities, and components.
Load and unload equipment from containers and conveyors.
Operate fork trucks and adhere to all safety procedures.
Train other associates in asset disposition processes.
What's Needed?
Ability to read, write, and speak English preferred.
Forklift experience-Preferred.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
Experience with hand and power tools necessary for disassembly.
Must meet minimum security requirements of Data Control/Asset Departments.
