Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled individual to lead our Concrete Polishing team. This role involves managing a small team, communicating with clients, directing partners, and updating project management and sales teams. Experience with equipment such as Skanmanska, Husqvarna, and DiamaPro is preferred.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a 2-3 person team on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate all phases of concrete polishing projects, from preparation to final finish.
Inspect the quality of work and materials to ensure all standards are met.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site.
Oversee the use and maintenance of machinery and equipment, arranging for repairs when necessary.
Communicate project progress to supervisors, clients, or project managers.
Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
Estimate and order the required materials for the project.
Essential Skills
3-5 years of experience in concrete polishing or a related field.
Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
Proficiency in using concrete polishing equipment.
Strong understanding of concrete construction procedures.
Strong focus on quality and safety standards.
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience operating Skanmanska, Husqvarna, and DiamaPro equipment.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
