Newegg Inc. Purchasing Manager in City of Industry, California
- Prepare regular purchase orders to replenish inventory following established guidelines and create and/or maintain new product descriptions as appropriate. * Oversee and manage inbound and outbound inventory of assigned categories, including Purchase Order tracking / adjustments, receiving, and returning inventory, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with product defects, and inventory write offs. * Develop and execute category traffic strategy (target right customer segment) through all market vehicles. Match category or vendor promotions with best value to maximize promotion ROI. * Work with Category Manager, Domain Marketing Manager and Vendor to develop and execute promotion programs and campaigns to drive sales. * Create EIMS contract, input EIMS rule and deliver promotion plans to execution team * Manage vendor agreements including but not limited to business terms and conditions and collaborate with legal team for final approval * Other duties as assigned. * You graduated with High School or GED diploma, or possess a bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing in similar field preferred or 4 years equivalent experience in lieu of bachelor's degree. * 3-5 years of work experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain or related experience * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). * Knowledge of the principles and practices in purchasing. * Must be self-directed, faster learner, and effective working independently, yet equally comfortable contributing in a team environment. * Excellent written/verbal, time management, and quantitative/analytical skills required. * Proven analytical and conceptual skills. * Mandarin (spoken) would be preferred but not required.
