EMSL is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator Assistant in Cinnaminson, NJ. This position supports the recruiting team with administrative tasks.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop, execute, and monitor online candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search enginesDevelop innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positionsWriting and posting job descriptions on career websites, job boards, university job boards, and social media outletsTrack and maintain recruitment databaseRefer selected applicants to recruitersReview job orders and match applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file searchMaintain a complete record of interviews and hiring Recruiting RecordsEnsure company complies with laws and regulations as it relates to online sourcing, staffing, and hiring practicesDevelop talent pipelines for future hiring needsEngage with active and passive candidatesWork with other team members to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine sourcing staffing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency, and customer feedbackPromote our employer brand on online and offline platformsRequirements:Four (4) year college degree preferredHands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)Strong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management systemsExcellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skillsProven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive personal relationshipsAvailable Shift:Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. For consideration all applicants must apply through our company web site:https://phf.tbe.taleo.net/phf02/ats/careers/v2/viewRequisition?org=EMSL&cws=40&rid=4056 EMSL Offers full time benefits: medical, dental, 401(k), voluntary benefits, paid time off, holiday pay, flexible spending accountTo find out more about EMSL Analytical, Inc. please visit our website at: www.emsl.comEOE including Veterans and Disabled
