Description
We are seeking a dedicated VP/Director of Finance to join our team. In this role, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, including the oversight of all financial operations, accounting functions, budget management, and financial planning. This role is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to drive business profitability
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions of the organization
• Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders
• Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization
• Oversee budgeting, tax planning, and financial forecasting activities
• Review and approve contracts to ensure financial efficiency
• Lead, manage, and develop the finance team to improve overall performance
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by researching existing and new legislation
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures for financial management
• Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
• Develop strategic plans for future financial growth and sustainability
• Participate in corporate policy development as a member of the senior management team

Requirements • Position: VP/Director of Finance
• Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a related role.
• Proficiency in 3M is necessary.
• Must be familiar with Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a requirement.
• Knowledge of Concur is essential.
• Familiarity with CRM is a requirement.
• Proficiency in accounting functions is necessary.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a prerequisite.
• Candidates should have experience in preparing an annual budget.
• Auditing skills are necessary.
• Experience in budget processes is a requirement.
