Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem Blueridge Vista Health & Wellness Cincinnati, Ohio As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. Schedule: This position can work up to 19 hours per week, with a minimum of 4 hours per month, and will provide weekend coverage every other weekend. This position has no regularly scheduled hours. About the Facility: Blueridge Vista Cincinnati is an 80-bed behavioral health hospital that cares for a broad range of emotional needs while specializing in the care of seniors, adults, and the many co-occurring medical conditions that can accompany aging. The serves the adult and geriatric population in a contemporary, healing environment, specializing in providing care to individuals struggling with emotional challenges, life changes and behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression and anger triggered by loss or illness. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC. Required Qualifications: Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred Current Pharmacist license in good standing in Ohio Successful completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency program preferred Experience as a Pharmacist in a Hospital setting preferred; Behavioral/Psychiatric experience a plus Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems Effective communications skills; verbal and written Hospital Requirements: (may be required) (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer provingimmunity Varicella -(2)documented doses or A Blood Titer proving HepB3 Series(or declination) (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th COVID Vaccine Benefits:All Per Diem employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with an employer match as well as for the EAP (employee assistance program).
